ABOUT RED LAKE SOLUTIONS
Our Story
Red Lake Solutions was founded in September 2019 by Mark Fensome and Cathy Hunt with a clear vision: to help businesses make better decisions through intelligent technology, actionable data and exceptional customer service.
Having spent more than two decades designing, developing and delivering Internet of Things (IoT), telematics and fleet technology platforms for some of the largest organisations in both the UK and the United States, Mark recognised a growing challenge within the transport, fleet and service sectors. Businesses were collecting increasing amounts of data, but often lacked the tools, expertise and support to turn that information into meaningful actions.
At the same time, Cathy brought extensive experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, order fulfilment and client management, having successfully supported major supply programmes for some of the world’s largest toy retailers. Her expertise in customer experience, operational processes and account management provided the perfect balance to Mark’s technical background.
Together, this combination of technology innovation and customer-focused service created the foundation for Red Lake Solutions.
