The right kit for Bronze, Silver or Gold

We supply quality-assured safety equipment matched to your accreditation level and vehicle types, from artics and rigids to tippers and flatbeds, with expert guidance so you know you are meeting the right standard.

Fitted nationwide, connected to your platform

Our UK-wide installer network fits across all commercial vehicles from 3.5 to 44 tonnes, and because your FORS equipment connects to the same platform as your tracking, cameras and compliance, it works for you every day.

Improve safety, reduce risk, and stay eligible for more work

Fitting equipment under the FORS scheme helps improve vehicle safety by reducing blind spots and making drivers more aware of people and hazards around the vehicle. That can lower the chance of collisions, especially in busy urban areas and on construction or delivery routes. It also supports compliance with FORS requirements and related site standards, which is important if you want to work with clients that expect approved safety measures. In practice, that can make it easier to gain access to contracts, depots, and restricted sites.

Another benefit is better evidence and protection if an incident does happen. Cameras and other fitted equipment can help explain what occurred, support investigations, and reduce the risk of unfair claims against the operator. Commercially, it can strengthen your reputation as a professional and safety-focused fleet operator. Over time, that can help with customer trust, insurance conversations, and winning repeat business.

The scheme

What is FORS?

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is a voluntary accreditation for fleet operators across the UK and beyond. It promotes best practice in safety, efficiency and environmental protection.

It runs across three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each building on the last. FORS asks you to meet rising standards across management, vehicles, drivers and operations.

At every level, your vehicles need the right safety equipment for your accreditation.

The levels

Bronze, Silver and Gold

You start at Bronze and build from there. Each level raises the bar across management, vehicles, drivers and operations.

Bronze

Legal compliance, basic safety features and fundamental driver training.

Silver

Enhanced vehicle safety equipment, proactive environmental management and more advanced driver training.

Gold

Exemplary performance, advanced safety measures and industry leadership, with robust documentation and continuous monitoring behind it.
